Damaged, Altered or Expired Product:

If this has occurred, Contact Us immediately and we will review each case individually. During this process, we may request more information, photos or even have the unused product returned to us if we deem necessary to understand and resolve the situation.

Heat Sensitivity:

During warm weather, our Body Butter, Chill Blue Salve and Deep Relief Salve may melt, separate and differ in texture.

To combat this, during summer months and based off of shipment address we ship in heat resistant Mylar envelopes and include a reusable ice pack with each shipment.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow updates on USPS tracking and to be available to receive the package in a timely manner after USPS delivery. Failure to do so during hotter weather could cause temperatures to rise, ice pack to melt and finally for the products to separate.

Subscriptions:

If you purchased an item through our refill program, your subscription will be fulfilled and shipped on the same day of the month your first order was placed, each month. If you cancel the subscription too close to the renewal date, the month's order will still complete. Please allow 14 days for cancellation to complete. Refunds for subscription items cancelled outside of this window will not be given.


Shipping Restrictions:

We do Not offer International Shipping.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire & South Dakota due to local CBD policy restrictions. If you live in one of these states, petition your politicians for policy change.

If you ordered an item to be shipped to one of the above states or outside of the United States, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded after all transactions process.

 

 
Shipping Delays:

If Delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery and any new or updated tracking information.

Purchase Agreement:

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the product subscriptions and any other charges you may incur in connection with this subscription, such as taxes and possible transaction fees and shipping will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services products or coupon codes without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Anahata Awakening, LLC.
